What about recycling?
For the residents that are more environmentally conscious about how and where their waste is discarded, Hall Clear offers recycling services as well. This service is available upon request for individual residents and is included in the standard monthly rate.
What if I miss a scheduled collection?
No worries! We understand how busy life can get, which is why our dedicated team conducts two to three sweeps per day of operation at each property; maintaining a clean envirnoment that is pleasing to all five senses.
Are heavy items collected as well?
Yes! However, we require advanced notice from residents for the collection of items deemed too heavy for a standard 13 gallon plastic trash bag. This would be categorized as junk removal and would incur a small additional fee.
If it does not fit in the trash can, will it be left behind?
While it is ideal for residents to try to fit what they want collected into the provided receptacles, we maintain a strict "no trash left behind" policy and will gladly dispose of any trash left in the halls for us. Items such as empty boxes are preferred to be broken down but are also be collected regardless.
